The Dragados Group - Spain
The Dragados Group is a national and international civil construction company based in Spain. Dragados specializes in transport infrastructure concessions and offers a complete service that includes feasibility studies, project construction, conservation and financial engineering. The Dragados Group has constructed more than 2 500 km of roads, 4 000km of highways, 2 500 bridges and 200km of tunnels. Dragados also constructs prefabricated products such as beams, pipes, facades and traffic control systems.
 
LTA Construction Limited - South Africa
This company boasts over 110 years of experience as a multi-disciplinary contractor, offering a complete range of activities in civil engineering, mass concrete works, tunnels and concessionary transportation. LTA Construction Limited, under the LTA Civil and Earthworks division, has worked extensively in Mali, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and in the Far East. Important works for LTA include the Warmbaths - Petersburg Toll Road valued at over US$159M and the Toll Highway Route N17 in South Africa. For Highway 2000, this company has formed alliances with the Dragados Group of Spain.
 
Bouygues, Challenger - France
This company is one of France's largest roadwork groups and has extensive experience as an investor in BOOT highway projects, especially in Central Europe. Bouygues, Challenger also carries out detailed design, financing, construction and operation of these projects. In 1986 the company acquired Colas, Screg and Sacer, one of France's largest roadwork group. Bouygues, Challenger is present in 80 countries and has a total workforce of over 100, 000 persons.
